On the project acceptance meeting of the smart low-carbon light system research and exemplar promotion in the rail transportation exemplar project
On November 27th , the closure and acceptance meeting on the Guangzhou provincial manufacturing, study and research integration project ”the research and exemplar promotion of the smart low-carbon light system in the rail transportation exemplar project” is carried out successfully and is held and organized by the science technology agency of Guangdong province.
During the meeting, the expert group has listened to the implementation report of the whole project by Cai Ruhai, the general engineer, the research report on bio-safety by Professor Gu Huaiyu From medical school of Sun Yat-sen University, the report about integration result of manufacturing, study and research integration by Luo Taobu, the chief of Foshan Sun Yat-sen University Institute and accredited the related material. After the inquiry and discussion, the group agreed the closure and acceptance of the research and exemplar promotion of the smart low-carbon light system in the rail transportation exemplar project. Meantime, the related leader from the science and technology agency and expert group all gave unanimous appraisals for the implementation management, financial management and accreditation material preparation.
“The research and exemplar promotion of the smart low-carbon light system in the rail transportation exemplar project” ,the manufacturing, study and research integration project ,is to establish the light bio-safety laboratory platform with the diagnosis of the rail transportation energy consumption situation and have an in-depth investigation about the light environment comfort degree with the animal experiment with human physical functional magnetic resonance imaging approach. Through the magnetic resonance imaging experiment and establishment of model hall, stand, testing platform of the carriage light environment so that to get the most suitable environment parameters for human body in a confined space and apply them on the real product design ,develop the lamp with good visual, comfort and energy-sufficient ,set up standard and promote the exemplar. The key to the successful carryout is to really make use of the advantages of LED and make it real green ,low-carbon and user-friendly in rail transportation.
The result of this research project has received the anonymous appraisals from the expert group and they strongly recommended to accelerate the application and promotion process of the scientific result .
